I have over 20 years of experience consulting with entrepreneurs of small to mid-sized businesses in both an HR and office management capacity. My specialty is Office / Human Resource Manager Coaching and Training.
Often, an Office Manager has to wear many hats, including HR Manager, Accountant, and so many more. I work to find practical solutions for bookkeeping and HR blunders.
I have helped over 50 business start-ups, and many of those companies continue to rely on my expertise as they continue to grow.
I also use my 25+ years of interviewing experience to assist clients here at EBS. I enjoy working with hiring managers to ensure that you get the right person in the right job. My previous experience as a Corporate Training and HR Manager for a fortune 500 company in Seattle gave additional insights into effective techniques that I help our clients utilize.
PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATIONS
Lynn graduated in 1984 from UNC at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business and a concentration in HR Management and obtained her MBA from Bryan College in 2013. She is PHR certified and is working towards her SPHR and is an active member of SHRM. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and teaches QuickBooks and Bookkeeping classes through the Small Business Development Center in Chattanooga.
