I am proud to bring over 30 years of management experience, including 14 years in manufacturing, to the EBS Team.
Before coming to EBS, I was responsible for the safety, health, and security, of more than 3,000 employees. This experience gives me the ability to put myself “in the shoes” of large employers… especially ones that have the additional concerns and responsibilities that come with working in the manufacturing industry.
Here at EBS, I specialize in health, safety, and security.
PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATIONS
Ms. Smithers holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Management and is certified by OSHA as an Authorized Outreach Trainer.
She is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the American Society of Training and Development, the American Society of Industrial Security, and the Society of Human Resources Managers. She has been president and a board member of the local SHRM chapter, as well as an active member of the national organization.
