Thanks to all my years of experience in the human resources field, I have had the opportunity to view HR from both the employer’s side as well as the provider’s side.  I’ve also been in a position to evaluate current market trends in the industry during my time in the field.  All of these things make me uniquely valuable to our clients, and EBS Consulting a successful addition to their team.

I have more than a quarter of a century of experience in senior level human resources with domestic and international corporations – both private and publicly held.  I have worked as the corporate director of compensation and benefits as well as being the vice president of human resources for an international manufacturing corporation.

I am a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.

PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATIONS

Mr. Adams received his B.A. degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, and has taken a number of postgraduate courses at Pennsylvania State University. He is licensed in Accident, Life and Sickness Insurance in Tennessee.
